「Loved the location in uptown. Rooms were large and had lots of surfaces for placing luggage. Nice desk area - comfortable chair. Patio with beautiful view of the mountains. Nice pool and hot tub. Great coffee shop just behind and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Good choice of morning snacks and coffee in the lobby. Would love to come back and stay longer. Only suggestion would be more comfortable porch furniture.」

「They had a welcome board with our dog names at the entrance! The staff was friendly, perfect location!」

「The pool area was very limited for seats. The golf cart would only take us to the top of a very steep hill that was the only way to get out of the hotel. The golf cart would not drive all the way up the hill, so you had to walk the rest of the way up the steep hill. Also, we were told that they couldn’t drive us in the golf cart in the rain.」

「Very friendly service. Will stay again next time. Like outdoor breakfast place.」

「excellent.」

「Cheryl and Brandyne were very accommodating, friendly and made the entire stay extremely comfortable. We had one morning where we were leaving early for the Grand Canyon and Cheryl made sure we had a packed breakfast at 6am which was very kind of her. Would definitely go back again!」

「This is an amazing Sedona gem! River front ‘beach’ is gorgeous. The owners were helpful with our needs. Breakfast was a wonder Southwestern feast. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet which made for a great sleep. Beautiful views from all around and a great little hike right outside our door on Joy Mountain which led to a private vortex. Great place! We’d stay here again for sure.」

「Good」

「The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.」
