「The room had a distinct sewage/mildew smell. Extremely prevalent in the bathroom. I contacted the front desk immediately, and was told " it's very common there, and I should open the window, and run the shower simultaneously, and that should help with the smell a bit". The front desk also brought down a bottle of disinfectant to " help with the smell". I also was never informed before or after booking that the pool was unavailable! The hotel claimed it was on their website, but I booked...

「We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room were clean. The bed had a dial that could make the mattress a little softer, which was very nice. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which was clean and in good working order. The staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed having a continental breakfast. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to hire a breakfast attendant. The front desk clerk had to float back and forth during breakfast time to help keep the breakfast moving (change trays,...
