The room was freezing and took quite a bit of time to warm up, we had to place a towel along the bottom of the door to help stop the draft. The beds were very loud because the frames were made of thin metal sheet material. The room was clean and the staff were nice. Overall it was an ok place to stay as it was close to everything.

Usually stay at another hotel when I pass through but they were full so came here. Check in desk was friendly and easy. Directed me to wine store and showed me where room was in map. Although an older hotel, it was clean and had everything I needed. Felt safe there, very quiet and bed was comfortable. Slept well then in morning had a nice continental breakfast including biscuits and gravy,(which surprised me being NY state)sausage, scrambled eggs and yogurts, even waffles. Staff were friendly.

We’d recommend this stay! It’s pricey (as are the other hotels in the area), but includes breakfast and is a good spot when passing through for the night. Staff was very friendly!

Clean cozy vibes

I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience. The room was perfect very clean and comfortable everything was in top condition even my freezer to keep my frosty from Wendy’s frozen which saved me for that late night sweet treat 😉 not to mention the free breakfast and coffee which also helped save me a couple bucks btw the coffee was delicious but the eggs and bagel was my go to 🥰 they had other choices though like cereal and oatmeal ❤️. I had a good stay here the vibes was just right for me I’ll be booking with best western in the future .

Difficult to get a hold of anyone at the front des

Service was very slow at the front desk. Stood there for over 10 minutes before somebody finally came. It was like that every time we had to go to the front desk and they did not answer their phone. TV was broken. We had three rooms one room’s keys did not work. Rooms were average. Breakfast was good and more staff were available in the morning.

We needed a pet friendly room on our way back to Chicago and stopped here for the night. Check in was fine but the door to our room was difficult to open and jammed with the dead bolt engaged. Room was spacious and clean. Tub/shower very dated.

We went in for the Boilermaker race. The staff was very pleasant, explained amenities and asked if we needed any info about the area. The rooms are somewhat outdated. The towels were very scratchy. The shampoo and conditioner were very good. Breakfast was a good mix and those waffles are totally the best! All in all, pleasant stay.

The hotel is a bit tired in need of an update. The strips on the magnetic key cards are affected by keeping them next to the magnetic field on an iPhone, which is annoying. The breakfast area was well stocked and kept clean by attentive staff.
