The hotel itself was gorgeous from construction to upkeep and the staff was always available and courteous. I have no doubt I will be staying in the same location the next time I want to visit the falls!

Overall the stay was pleasant but we were really disappointed the hot tub was closed. It was located inside by the fitness center and not in disrepair, just not heated. I get the need to save $ in the off-season but we chose the hotel based looking forward to that perk as part of our relax and unwind. Breakfast was good with lots of variety although the meats were all pretty greasy. Front desk were very helpful. We may come back but will call ahead about the hot tub before booking.
