「Our first post lockdown trip within the country. We accidentally booked the accessible room. Staff was very helpful and changed to another normal room for our 4 night stay. Stylish room with well equipped kitchen. It was a bit warm in the room though. Another little down side was the ground floor room has less natural lights. Delicious breakfast from café Mayvn. 「The staff, service, food and accommodations were exemplary. Lovely nautical/arts & crafts era decor. Think Titanic with a modern sumptuous twist. We were delighted to find out tickets to the Brittania were included. Great location, simple to take the tram into the downtown, as we were travelling by train. Pricey, but well worth the splurge.」

「整洁，大气，房间很大，设施贴心。早餐丰盛，就是外国大妈太吵。晚餐量不大，服务员明显对金发碧眼态度好，居然一起哈哈大笑，本以为能享受城堡晚宴的，幻想不能有啊。光住还是挺好的。」

「This has been my favourite find so far. The location is stunning, environment relaxing, the staff are fantastic. I have enjoyed many return visits to dine in the lovely restaurant and to stay. The children feel this is like a home from home and treat some of the staff like family.」
