Great location - close to buses and easy transport onto High street and Royal Mile. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to be away from the noise of the city centre yet close enough to take one bus and be in the center.

Honestly I really liked this place. It was like having your own little apartment while on vacation. It’s within walking distance to everything but easily accessible to public transportation. The staff were so friendly and very helpful with the 1 million questions I had. The room comes with a fridge and hot water kettle to make coffee and tea which is so convenient. I really like this place. If I ever find myself back in Scotland will stay here.

Breakfast not included. Only saw staff when checking in. Several B&B's in area were highly recommended by Rick Stevens, but not available. Site has 18 available rooms, but no dinning or seating areas.

Peeling paint, loose wires sticking out of the wall, alley to reach parking was so narrow that a normal sized car had only a few inches of clearance between both sides, difficult to park multiple cars, pictures of property deceptive.

Stort rum med allt man kan behöva. Lätt att hitta deras parkering. Busshållplatsen låg nära som tog oss in till city. Billig och bra boende.

Easy check in, close to transit. Bed was comfortable but the metal bed frame squeaked horribly with any tiny movement making it hard to sleep. Bathroom had excellent water pressure and temperature control but very tiny. Afternoon of day 2 the staff tried to give someone else our room, had given them the key lock code and they walked in. Thankfully we were there and just relaxing but it didn’t speak highly to the safety of the house.

The room on the main floor facing the front was big and had two beds (one double one single). The bathroom and beds were clean but the mattress of the double bed was not comfortable at all and we'd get a strange smell sometimes. It was Ok though, we enjoyed our stay!

Staff was helpful. Shared bathroom was inconvenient with little amenities. We were able to check in early which was very nice to nap and freshen up after our long flight. They stored our luggage for a small fee on the last day.
