"The shuttle is extremely reliable, close to public transport hubs making it easy to reach Santa Monica and Culver city Westfield and closer shops in Westchester like T J Max and Target. The rooms are very clean and quiet. "

"First, they “required” a ridiculous $300 deposit (almost 2Xs the rate?!) for incidentals, of which I had none. Then their fancy elevator button system was not working. Then when I got to my room, there was a gushing leak in the bathtub. It took 4 calls to get anyone at the front to answer the phone. And it was not fixed when I retuned from dinner. They said it would be another hour & this after 8pm. I then moved to 2 other rooms - the first didn’t have a bathtub & the 2nd one had no coffeemaker, something I realized this morning. Maintenance matters."

"Room was clean but tv did not work. The vent had something growing around it and the furniture was old. I noticed the upgrades to the room but plenty was left out. I do appreciate the stay overall but it was more nostalgic then comfortable. For the price I don't know if I will stay again."
