「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」

Check in was the most efficient ever. I absolutely loved everything about Boyd Block, we were in walking distance to so many places. This was a 10/10 stay!」
