"very clean.....newer construction....oddly enough, we could hear adjacent room conversation....they werent speaking loudly....we had an adjoining room with door....perhaps that contributed to hearing the adjacent room conversation....just a bit unexpected.....we had a premium King room......it was very large, comfortable , nice size bath room , with 1 sink and soaking tub...service was excellent and very friendly"

"Stayed one night. Location convenient, can walk to downtown shopping and events. Area is safe and quiet. Valet parking on site available. Hotel restaurant closes on the early side (9:30pm) so did not make it there in time. Staff friendly and helpful. One room down the hall had brought their dog, which they left unattended for at least an hour during the day - the dog kept barking nonstop; I called the front desk and the staff worked on locating the dog owner. Thankfully no dog barking occurred...

"I stayed here with my 2 daughters for an athletic competition and it was convenient to the highway(s). We stayed here to beat a snowstorm and they had valet parking (worth the additional charge). Car was cleared off and ready to go when we needed to leave. Restaurants were safe to walk to you when it was snowing and cold. Overall we'd stay here again and it was perfect for our needs. Free breakfast in the morning, pool for my kids to swim and plenty of wifi."

HI provides a shuttle as available and our driver Alex was so accommodating to drive and pick up at a restaurant in the Old Port. Breakfast buffet was only fair but restaurant undergoing renovation.
