I asked the front desk woman if there was another entrance to the pool because the one at the entrance had many stairs. She said no. Another traveler in the lobby told me there is one around the back. The staff member said they never took her around the property and trained her when the woman said that. 「staff is very helpful and if we would’ve forgotten anything they had it for us. And I loved that it was a dog friendly hotel and we get to see some pets while we were there. I do wish it had a hot tub in the pool, balcony room to be able to smoke outside without going down three floors to the parking lot but everything else was perfect.」
