「I requested a room accessible for my 90 year old mother with a walker. We got that. I asked the front desk woman if there was another entrance to the pool because the one at the entrance had many stairs. She said no. Another traveler in the lobby told me there is one around the back. The staff member said they never took her around the property and trained her when the woman said that. They play music all day and night until 10:30pm outside my room by a speaker. I requested it be turned off and...

「The breakfast was appreciated. Make your own fresh waffle, different egg choices every day, fresh fruit, hot oatmeal, etc. Staff was terrific. Loved having a water station in lobby to refill bottles. Room was large. King bed and there was a refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, couch. Large bathroom. Our one complaint. We arrived on Wednesday, left Sunday, and our room was never cleaned. We called down twice for fresh towels. There was a sign in the room that said they would clean every other day....
