「The front desk gave us a room that was occupied by others. They didn't know it so they broke into that room. When they changed a room for us, it was not the room type i reserved before. i booked a king size bed and they gave us double bed room. There're stains on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable neither of us slept well.」

「Staff was so friendly and had great dining recommendations. Room was super clean. Hotel was quiet and located in a perfect spot around the corner from the comedy show we went to see. Everything was so nice and good luck to the ginger bread house decoration competitors! We hope our choice wins!」
