Urgent Concern Regarding Discriminatory Treatment and Request for Refund

I am writing to formally report an extremely upsetting experience I had during my recent stay at the property during the duration of my stay in July. I was harassed, spoken down to, and treated in a discriminatory manner by the hotel manager who clearly had set a predetermined judgment against me.
At no point was I in violation of hotel policy or behaving in a way that warranted such treatment. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional, demeaning, and left me feeling targeted and humiliated. I had to walk around with my head down because I was so embarrassed. I believe I was treated this way based solely on my appearance, which is unacceptable and discriminatory.
This incident not only caused emotional distress, but it completely ruined my stay. Given the severity of the treatment I received, I am requesting a full refund for my stays. I expect this issue to be taken seriously, and I am prepared to escalate this complaint to corporate management or consumer protection agencies if needed.
