「酒店设施太老，外面太吵，窗户吱嘎吱嘎响，没睡好觉。房间里没网络，发个邮件要到楼下的大厅，很是不便。」

「Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building. Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...

「Very poor experience. I have travelling 3 or 4 times every year for the past 20 years. Except the staff in the front desk and health club showed me welcoming. The waitresses in the restuant made sounds and faces behind me during the buffer breakfast. The waitress even did not know I could order and pay online during dinner. Are they trying to embarass the asian faces? Also smelly and stain in the guest room, no refigerator and safe, what kind of experience could not expected.」

「Arrived and checked in quickly. Efficient young chap did all the preliminaries and we headed to our room. Room was in the main building at the front. Large room with plenty of wall lights and lamps as well as spot lights. Lovely sized room and bathroom. Plenty of boiling hot water as soon as the tap was turned. Beds were clean and very comfy. Room had everything we needed including a kettle which we didn’t expect. A selection of mismatched furniture but adequate for the room. We had food on the...
