"We absolutely loved the location in regards to the activities we had planned. The layout of home was great! Everything we needed was available. Unfortunately, the shower in the master bath would not maintain a consistent temperature. That was very uncomfortable and took away from what would have been a near perfect stay. The back yard had not been cleaned since recent storms. Was not safe to walk around. Overall was a wonderful stay though. "

"Tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, this property was the perfect retreat for our family while we stayed in Merritt Island. The house has everything you could ever need for a stay and just enough room for our family to spread out and not be on top of one another. The board games were a nice touch for the kids. "Great stay and very good communication"

"The interior of this home is lovely. It has all the bells and whistles like high end gas stove, double sinks, beds with soft linens, upgraded kitchen, newly renovated bathroom, and easy keyless entry. The pool was also very clean and a fun place to lounge. Of special note was Elizabeth, who was super quick to respond to my questions, helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place."

"Great little house to stay at while we did some work at the Port. Host was awesome to communicate with. Couple things that got damaged from hurricane was still getting fixed but was notified of this before we got there and it did not affect anything. Would stay here again when we come back next time to work at the port."

"Great resort to visit! Accommodations and staff were amazing. There were workers visible from dusk to dawn cleaning and maintaining the property. Outside bar could have been better tended for the evening vibe during the week, but daytime staff was amazing. One of the best sunrise in Florida!"

"My family and I have been staying at the Laquita for the past three years. We have never been disappointed. Each year just gets better. (From check in to check out(pre arrival text, welcoming arrival, pre check out etc…) Excellent Staff. Very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast everyday was delicious.Nice variety of food. There was something there for everyone. Our room with pool and ocean view beautiful. Nice to be able to walk to beach right from property. "
