「Clean and comfortable」

「The bartender is amazing funny and super nice to all of us! We had a blast. Thank you. My room was clean ,staff friendly, I miss breakfast 😩 . That was my fault.」

「I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under...

「Needed a last minute place to stay, and this was clean and quiet, with attentive staff, though poorly maintained (eg old furniture stored in the hallway, bathroom exhaust did not work). The room had a huge hot tub in the corner with a wall mirror. Fantastic location, easy drive to downtown Zion and Illinois Beach State Park.」

「Didn’t eat the breakfast nor did we use many amenities. The only thing I can comment on the bathroom floor was sunk in and coming apart and the buttons in the AC were gone. What I paid and what I needed it was worth it.」

「The staff was great! There was an issue with the key maker and the staff went above and beyond to ensure the guest were knowledgeable of the situation and very accommodating.」

「i personally wish there were better and more channels on the television. I also think the vending machines could be a bit cheaper. i also wish the rooms service menu was vetter because i tried to order and it was forcing me to use cashapp to purchase things and also said it would take 2 days for the food to arrive for some reason. but aside from that, the room was nice and clean and i had a good stay!」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.」
