「Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else. Broken phone, shower doors that wouldn’t stay shut, and a room that never got cleaned even after we were promised it would be. The manager called all of it “minor” — if this is minor to them, I’d hate to see what they consider a real problem. Zero stars if I could.」

「This hotel was great for me and my daughters. When we realized the hotel we had originally booked was not ideal for us. We quickly canceled that and book this and within an hour we were able to check in. The hotel was very clean well maintained and worked well for what we needed. The best part was the free breakfast buffet in the morning. I thought that was really great.」

「The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Lots of options and everything tasted good. The breakfast attendant wasn't very friendly, but she at least kept up with everything. Although the hot tub was filled and hot, we tried turning the jets on and only one jet worked. The pool was nice though. We would stay here again.」

「The day we went, there was a storm. Our rooms beginning to flood. There was water pouring into our rooms, including other visitors. Then that was a time where our keypad wasn’t working. We don’t need stay at this hotel when we go to Kenosha, however, even with that last day, it was awful. The sink fell off the wall. This visit the sink will stopped up. So with that being said, we are now changing our hotel when we come to Kenosha. We will no longer be staying at this hotel. You couldn’t even get...
