「I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. 「The front desk clerk was so super professional, friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel lobby was beautiful! We took a shuttle to City of Hope and the driver was very kind as well. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back!」

「The hotel could use some maintenance. The wires for the door lock had been visibly cut, allowing anyone in the building with or without a key. The room was clean, except for the couch cushion, that had dry vomit on it underneath. The staff was helpful, but their were no available rooms to switch to, so we had to go to a different hotel. We were refunded our whole 3 night stay,as the vomit was discovered the first night and room deemed unhabitable for humans.」
