「Amazing stay here! Outstanding service from hotel staff. Location in Racine is extremely convenient in the middle of downtown within short walking distance to the lakefront (<10 mins). Very close also to north beach area (short drive or 20 min walk). Clean modern hotel with rooftop bar with great view of the lake. Will definitely be back!」

「We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.」

「I did not feel that the room and common areas were remarkably clean. I noticed hair in the shower before we used it, and just general grime in the bathroom. The carpet also had spots. In the breakfast area, the cabinets were sticky and dirty. I opened them to find a plastic knife.」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「Beautiful, romantic stay with Jacuzzi tub. My boyfriend and I loved this getaway. I read reviews that said the property was old and run down, but we didn’t find that to be true at all. Breakfast was fantastic.」
