First room had loud noise like a compressor when flushed. 2nd room was good. Cleaning staff was amazing. Evening desk lady was also amazing. Was not impressed when at 1040 a.m. our keys to the room were deactivated we went down to get a cart and could not get back into our room. Luckly for me my son was still in there. We were out before 11 but no reason to deactivate key cards 20 to 30 minutes before 11.

Check in was quick and professional. Room was clean and in good repair, I still can't find a hotel bed that doesn't hurt my back, but overall it was a great stay!
