Its location is very convenient for driving, dining, and shopping. Ample parking. The "breaker" kept shutting off the electricity in the dining room resulting in cold coffee and no waffles. Stale bagels. No stopper in the bathroom sink, say goodbye to anything dropped there. Bed sheets with holes. No maid service for 3 days. Room so small we could barely get the suitcase cart into the room. Very little seems to have been reinvested into property upkeep.

hotel room was decently clean however under the metal bed frame there was trash that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and the halls smelled like smoke the whole stay. this hotel also canceled a room my friends had 4 days out due to "plumbing issues" and offered to compensate at the Knights Inn which is a cheaper, outdated and seemingly uncleanly motel. they claimed that no other rooms were available at this hotel even though there were still listings available to buy on their website.

Booked in advanced, was called the night before and told the Queen suite I reserved was off market because of water leak. Was offered a room at another property which tirned out to be basically a roadside motel. Unacceptable, will not be returning.

Our room had water from the AC unit all over the floor and the room absolute rank like urine. The hotel itself looks nice and the rooms look nice. But the wet stinky room made it almost impossible to sleep.

Room was very dark because there were no lamps on the end tables; there were no hangers in the closet; we had to borrow an iron from the front desk and there was no ironing board; towels were stained and they only provide cleaning service two days per week (and not on any of the days we were there); hot tub closed indefinitely for repairs; "continental breakfast" means bagels/toast, waffles, and coffee. Front desk guy was very nice.

While staying at the property, the room itself was humid and felt wet on the floor and the beds. It smelled moldy and like mildew. The mini fridge did not work and the cabinet it was in was cracked and leaning forward. There were extremely noisy guests across from us that are using the property as a semi-permanent residence according to them. We did not see the pool area to make a judgement. But based on the dirty floors and questionable guests, I’m guessing it was not great.

I know things are washed in mass, but my blanket had stains, huge cigarette hole burn ans things i dont want to know on it. My sheet had pen scribbles on it. I had no bathroom mat for the floor, only 2 towels for the whole weekend. My remote had a huge burnt spot on it. My pillows still had hair on them. The amount i paid, the pictures online didnt look like the actual hotel room. I was pretty disappointed in my room, especially foe my first time ever being in Wisconsin. I told the girl at front desk i will not need a 2nd key, but yet they gave a person a key to my room anyways. I was not happy about that. Overall, i thought it could have been way cleaner

Staff was really nice, rooms are outdated. The cabinet that the mini fridge was in was falling apart. Only 1 mirror which was located in the bathroom making it hard for more than 1 person to get ready. (We were there for a wedding and had a 3 hr drive.) Floor felt like we were walking on damp carpet the entire time. And the curtains looked as if they were going to fall down.

When we checked in the room we had reserved wasn’t available. They only had a queen bed available for three person stay. Needless to say it was a little cramped. The first room they gave us smelled like cat pee and air conditioner was squeaking. The second room atleast didn’t have an odor and the air conditioner didn’t squeak but you couldn’t hear the TV over the air blowing. Also they didn’t have usb charging ports in the room. There were only two bath towels in the room and one washcloth. The shampoo and body wash were partially used.
