「We stayed on the first floor and there was an unusually large number of loud door closings late into the evening and early morning hours. The shower was a large handicapped accessible one which was fine except for the fact that quite a bit of water leaks out onto the bathroom floor and so more towels really needed to prevent yourself from slipping and falling. Really this is the best hotel in Racine and I can't wait to stay there again on future family visits to SE Wisconsin. 「I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under...

「The place was shut down when we arrived and had to look for a room at 10pm in the night. I received no notification on this and lost my reward points not very happy about this. They could of had called and let people know because was not to only one standing outside wondering what to do.」

「The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.」

「It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.」
