「We honestly expected better. The facility overall is in need of maintenance. The sidewalk immediately outside main entrance is broken, uneven concrete which presents an unsafe walking surface. Parking was well lit and abundant. We arrived at 4:30 pm, a full hour and a half past the advertised check-in time, and were assigned a room which had not been cleaned yet. 「We stayed on the first floor and there was an unusually large number of loud door closings late into the evening and early morning hours. The shower was a large handicapped accessible one which was fine except for the fact that quite a bit of water leaks out onto the bathroom floor and so more towels really needed to prevent yourself from slipping and falling. 「Very pleasant and comfortable property in downtown Racine. Excellent restaurant and roof top bar and a comfortable lobby as well. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Really this is the best hotel in Racine and I can't wait to stay there again on future family visits to SE Wisconsin. I've recommended it to all of my Wisconsin friends and family for when they have visitors in town.」

「I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. 「This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at EVER! When you arrive we were greeted by Becca and the lobby was cleaned and huge. It was decorated so well, charging ports on the tables and separate room to gather if you want a little privacy in the lobby. The elevators were clean, ice machine was spotless and our rooms were also spotless. ❤️」

「The place was shut down when we arrived and had to look for a room at 10pm in the night. I received no notification on this and lost my reward points not very happy about this. They could of had called and let people know because was not to only one standing outside wondering what to do.」

「The staff were so nice! The rooms and bathroom were so clean. The building is a little older but everything was in good shape. Free WiFi use and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The price was also fair. It was 90 dollars and a 50 dollar deposit fee but you get the 50 dollars back in your account after 5 days.」

「Good stay for the price. There is no elevator, so be prepared to walk up some stairs if you're not staying on the first floor. Our beds were some of the coziest I've slept in and the room and bathroom were very clean. Had a good experience overall as a one night stop off.」
