"Overall good experience with good breakfast and clean facilities. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding was not available in the room and we had to go down to get it which was inconvenient. Also when cleaners came they said they ran out of towels so would not replace them and I would have to go to front desk to get them. Customer service and linen management could use some work."

Basic amenities but the dual shower head is a nice little luxury for this type of hotel. If you’re going to Six Flags Great America this is all you need."
