「Updated property and was very clean. Breakfast was adequate; however the little biscuits and sausage was very good. Staff was very nice.」

「The breakfast was one of the better breakfasts I've had from motels while on the road and i stay at MANY. Everything was really clean. I have to come back to the area off and on for the next few months and i will be staying here again. The entire experience here is what you want when you're tired from being on the road. 5 stars」

「RE: Archer's Suite. Clean Room. No closet, bring hangers if desired there is a hanging hook(s) on door. Just be advised this room faces street and trains come through several times a night. Otherwise, communications with management excellent, convenient, nice and interesting place to stay in Historical District of Sweetwater. Parking not a problem.」

「Do not fall for the "cash option" to get a better rate if there is a chance you have to check out early- you won't get a refund! The place was average for a cheap hotel- bed was comfortable, it could use another table, unless you want your dinner plate on your computer, but I had to check out 4 days early and was refused a refund for the cash I paid for the last week I was there. Beware!」

「Terrible shower and put in a handicap room where the bathroom floor is rhe samw as the shower floor, nothing you have to step over. No phone in the room and workers behind the counter were always outside the doors smoking. I wouldnt recommend this place」

「The breakfast was a little disappointing. There was no jelly for biscuits, no coffee machine, and limited food options, but they did have a waffle maker. The lighting in the room and bathroom was very dim, but the room was nice and the bed comfortable. The room was hot when we arrived because the AC was turned off, but otherwise we had a good stay.」
