"This is a budget-friendly hotel and is a good value for the money. It's a bit dated but the room was spacious and clean. The WiFi was strong and they made an excellent attempt at a Continental Breakfast. Just a few miles from the Tennessee River to the East, and I-75 to the Wet. I would certainly return."

"Bedding and towels and condition of toilets was fine. The floors were dirty. The breakfast service was timely but hot food selection limited. Did not use pool or hot tub. Overall appearance of the property from the road, lobby and balcony was excellent."

"Room was slightly dirty upon arrival. Last guests left some dirty black socks under the edge of the bed, but that was not as bad as the cockroaches! Must have killed at least a dozen in the 3 nights I stayed there. "Breakfast" is almost non-existent. Not even worth the walk. Office is over-powering and choking with incense from owners. Quite nauseating."
