"I understand it was during renovations, but this place was ick. Breakfast ran out of food. Rooms were left open during renovations, pool was closed. Parking was well lit, and had places specific for motorcycles. All in all, i would not stay here again"

"The hotel was pleasant and the Staff were very friendly and helpful. I understand their goal of wanting to save on washing by not switching out towels everyday unless you ask but I wasn't aware they wouldn't be making beds or vacuuming every day. I think that's something they should tell you upon checking in to their hotel. Also they "ran out" of creamer for the coffee at breakfast??? If you are offering free breakfast and coffee is part of that, shouldn't you be well stocked on everything??? Just saying!?!!"

"Hotels.com screwed up our reservation by locking our charge card for no reason. Thus, the hotel staff could not register us. When I began asking for the details, the motel clerk was very rude. He was obviously annoyed by my questions. I was asking questions so I could contact Hotels.com to help get the issue resolved. I was finally able to get ahold of Hotels.com. They were ready to release the payment. I then told them to just cancel my reservation because this motel did not deserve my business. Hotels.com would not cancel the reservation EVEN THOUGH I HAD BOUGHT THE INSURANCE. Hotels.com advised me to file an insurance claim, so I did. The insurance is a joke. Evidently, rude motel staff is not an acceptable reason to receive a refund. I will never use Hotels.com again. I will be sending a copy of this review to the Comfort Inn corporate office."

"They didn't have the suite we originally reserved so we had to split into two rooms and the water was brown coming out in the bathtubs of both rooms. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a no-smoke room. They were kind and did move us rooms but the breakfast was also very lacking. There was only cereal and waffles-no bit of protein whatsoever."

"Check-in was smooth and easy. Staff very polite and helpful. Room as clean and everything worked as expected. The property inside and outside was clean. The pool on the first day was a little on the cool side (good for me, not as much for my wife). The afternoon and next day when we got back in it had warmed up and felt very comfortable for both of us. Enjoyed our stay and will plan on a return visit the next time we are in town."

"Do not book here! After a 4 hour drive I arrive to check in with no lobby sign in sight! Proceeded to walk around the “hotel” (more like an extended stay motel) 3x and no sign of where to check in. Tried to call OYO hotel number, no answer. Hotels.com tried, no answer. Tried to call their 1-800 number and someone actually answered but said that Hotels.com should be able to help me. Also while doing my rounds of the hotel in search for the lobby several door were open and you could see they were quite lived in by the pet bowls and trash. It also smelled like one big ash tray with the smell very strong even when you walked away. I’m sure had I stayed there I’d smell like a Waffle House from the 80’s and never get the smoke smell out. Ended up at the Comfort Inn with clean, smoke free rooms and, wait for it, an actual lobby with someone there to help you! And the final kicked is they declined my request for refund so my trip cost me over double what I budgeted. While talking to folks downtown of my experience they told be I made a very wise choice to change hotels. Avoid this place like the plague. Your health and safety is not worth the $50 you might save compared to a real hotel."
