「Muy buena estancia! El personal del check Innmuy amable, la verdad que lo queríamos por su cercanía al aeropuerto y ha sido perfecto. Buena comunicación en bus al centro de Madrid y taxis y derivados. Habitaciones muy acogedoras aunque el sofá cama bastante mejorable.. !」

「Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.」

「Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty.
