Good, but... Expedia description says cookware is provided and it wasn't - had to ask at reception before we were given a single frying pan to use, nothing else available. Note too that Livensa's main use is as student accomodation, not tourist/business users. That said, 5min walk to the metro, 10min walk to huge supermarket made it convenient for a short stay.

The toilet was extremely dirty in our room. Looked like it had not been cleaned at all from the previous guest and the previous guest seemed to have had a lot going on in the toilet. It was gross and front desk staff couldn’t change our room nor send housekeeping. So we cleaned it ourselves. The shower was a bit moldy and bathroom sink didn’t drain. Shower water temp is volatile and will suddenly burn you if you’re not careful . Apparently in room air conditioning is disabled during this time of year and we had to open window to keep cool. Fortunately it was raining out so there was a cool breeze but could have been very hot in the room if it wasn’t for that. The bed was okay but the pillows were horribly flat and uncomfortable.

Es la sexta vez que me alojo con ellos y la experiencia ha sido muy grata. Personal amable, atentos y muy proactivos. Habitaciones completas, con baño privado, office y cama muy cómoda. El complejo cuenta con piscina de 12:00 a 20.00 horas.

Ubicado a 2 minutos andando de la parada de metro ‘La Granja’, es un complejo residencial tipo resort con habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas. Todas las habitaciones disponen de baño privado. Las camas son de 1.50 y el wifi es gratuito. TV con streaming.

COMO ALOJARSE EN UN CINCO STARS

Es como estar en un hotel de 5*. Llevo alojándome con ellos un tiempo y la verdad es que todo muy bien. Habitaciones amplias, con office, cama de 1.50, baño completo y TV con streaming. Lo recomiendo.
