Helpful and friendly front desk staff — especially the gentleman who checked us out — but restaurant staff could be more efficient and professional. Vegan options would be nice too."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the room! Fabulous and SO quiet. There was a raging loud party on the street Saturday night and when I closed the window it was total silence. There is also a double door in your room to the lobby, so you have total peace. Tip - buy the Roman sites combined ticket for 17 euros and see them all."
