「I was traveling for a family gathering and drove 4 hours. I was hoping to check in an hour earlier and was told told I have to pay extra. When I asked for a room same floor as my family , I was told the room will be ready in 30minutes then became 1 hour. Even after 1 hour, it was not ready. The most frustrating experience was no one would update you with any information until you come and ask despite sitting close to the front desk. I ended up getting a room at a different floor because I got...

「The only thing that was clean were the sheets. Looks like they just took over the building last week and only replaced the sheets and pillows. All the common places and dingy and need repairs and upgrades. Hallways smell of mildew. So do the shower curtains.」

「Everyone here is absolutely amazing. They welcome you with such wonderful attitude. the breakfast selection is awesome. the rooms are clean and so comfortable.」

「Upon check in bathroom was dirty with a dirty shower curtain and staff unwilling to assist with the excuse of no knowledge of where the shower curtain was and housekeeping was off. Only stayed one night to get to the airport and checked out at 5am. The young man in the morning was polite and understanding. He was willing to assist and gave us the managers contact information. Will never stay at a holiday inn again」
