「The check-in process was easy, and the employee who greeted us was very nice and helpful. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were a few things that could have been improved. When we went to bed that evening, we noticed quite a few hairs on both beds. We decided to just brush it off and get some rest, but the morning clerk was able to address the issue and take care of it.
