"I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Its proximity to the train station was appealing to me, but I liked the location for many other reasons as well — close to shopping, restaurants and sights while still being quiet. The staff was excellent and the spa a wonderful indulgence. I was in a suite and loved the huge sofa to relax in!"

The facilities were great - including bedroom, bar and pool / spa.
A couple of disappointments though. Guaranteed check-in from 3p.m. We arrived at 2.15 so went to the bar to wait. By 3.30 still no room, so after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing they eventually found us an upgrade.
The breakfast - distinctly average for the price and...

Enquired about leaving our luggage at the hotel before check in, as we arrived in Cardiff at around 11.15am and was really surprised that we were allowed to check in and a room was ready for us.
This made such a difference to our stay. We were able to freshen up before going out to explore...
