「Room itself was clean, but the molding on the shower showed a large amount of black mold. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was delicious (made to order by their chef, who was very accommodating).」

「Everything was good including being able to get the bus right outside the hotel for the very short ride to the airport. I only stayed on Sunday evening and only the continental breakfast was available on Monday morning. Not important for me as I ate at the airport before my flight. I was in Room 102 and had no complaints except the mattress was not the best. I would definitely recommend the hotel for short term stays.」

「Lovely place to stay and staff were so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyd the hearty breakfast. The location is great to travel by train in to Cardiff city centre. We will return and hopefully arrive earlier to fit in an evening meal - menu looked good.」

「The rooms are well furnished but no aircon or appropriate cooling - so if you come in winter I’m sure it will be lovely. No signage as to where to go to check in, you have to wait for a member of the bar staff who are then not very helpful. Staff overall didn’t feel very welcoming. Food in the evening was over cooked and very dry but on the plus side the breakfast was delicious. We stayed one night and wouldn’t stay again.」

「Lovely location and a real charachter property. The whole place was nice and clean and had all the facilities you could need. Great selection available for the continental breakfast and all presented nicely. Great comeunication from the host prior to arrival and the whole experience was very welcoming.」

「Rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable. Food at the pub was the best we had during 2 weeks in Wales. Staff was helpful, friendly, and very accomodating. Highly recommend this place as convient to the Cardiff airport and very comfortable.」

「Location couldn't have been better. Spotless room towels plenty,and soft, love the little toiletries. Only couple of negatives the bathroom was beautiful, but needs bigger shower head spolit it abit, need towel rail next to the sink, and mayb shelf in the shower to put toiletries, and towel rail at the end of the bath.」

「外觀亮麗, 內裡未及水準. 服務其實不錯, 員工陽光熱情友善, 水煲有銹漬, 立即更換, 可惜仍不算乾淨, 清洗後可用. 房間有設計感, 很漂亮, 但並不舒適, 搖搖椅玩玩可以, 休息不可. 床槈極盡之軟, 基本上整個人下䧟, 轉身也很費力, 睡一小時可以, 睡一晚起床必背痛. 早餐優秀, 除一般應有的, 還可另點pancake 及 Avocado on Toast 等, 非常高質. 」

「This is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of Cardiff and just a quick walk to so many bars, cafes, shops and the Castle. Our room was so lovely. It had a very funky vibe and was beautiful decorated, clean and comfortable. We loved it! The community lounge and deck was also a great addition giving you access to a great hang out area. It is also well stocked with snacks and drinks. The restaurant downstairs was also nice. We parked our car in the public carpark opposite the hotel which was easy...
