We stayed for two nights & the staff were all lovely and very helpful. We returned wanting food one night not realising that the restaurant was closed but the lady on reception was very helpful supporting to order a food delivery then providing plates and allowing us to eat in the cosy restaurant. The room we had was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. They were

The hotel was very convenient to the Cardiff airport by a short taxi ride. Although old, it is well maintained. Dinner was excellent in the hotel restaurant. Everything was very clean and all the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The room itself was clean, but the light above my bed was missing the pull chain and there was duct tape holding the rug in place on the stairs. The food in the restaurant was only okay - my salmon broccoli risotto was peas and rice with two bites of salmon and less broccoli. There is little to no soundproofing. But the bus stops right outside, which is extremely convenient. It's somewhere to stay when you have a flight that requires you to stay close to the airport, and it's pretty much what I'd expect for that.

We had a lovely stay, great location. Staff were lovely and helpful. Improvments could be made. Family room needs better lighting, a fridge would be great as the milk went bad, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work so the bathroom was very wet after a shower, and the shower was extremely hot, no child would have been able to use it let alone an adult. But it does have good points. The improvements would make it a fantastic stay

Very convenient for Cardiff airport. Good choice of food for our evening meal. For the time of year we stayed there , the only real problem was how warm the bedroom was ,as there is no air conditioning. There was a fan , but all that was doing was blowing the warm air around. But it was only for a 1 night stay and the convenience to the airport outweighs the warm bedroom situation
