「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「This is a lovely hotel, it is set in a beautiful location, with views looking towards Cardiff. It is a country house, the decor is very nice. Our room was lovely and big, with a super king bed. It was nice and clean. We also had a patio area outside, that we could have sat in, not in November though! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a treat, there was a lot to choose from and everything was cooked to perfection. You only needed to put the bread through the toaster once,...
