「Amazing food in blok and restaurant 」

「Family room (connecting rooms) booked. One w king sized bed n one w sofa bed. Spacious. Clean. Enough storage. Best with free parking. Plenty of parking spaces. Service was good. Staff responded quickly to our requests. Room price is reasonable. Will stay again 」

「Really excellent budget hotel The room was clean, comfortable and very well designed. Only two very mild criticism. You had to put the card in "head first" to open the door but a member of staff appeared as if by magic to let me in. Secondly I brought my own kettle because you said you didn't provide one but I'm fact a kettle was there 」

「The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.The room was comfortable, warm aand clean. The dining room was lovely and the food was excellent. The view of the lake and the swan with her cygnets was a treat! It's location was great for shopping. Thank you.」

「Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. 」

「We did not have breakfast but everything from check in to check out was excellent. The showers were particularly good and rooms decorated very tastefully and very comfortable. The complementary Welshcakes in reception were a nice touch. The hotel was centrally located on Queen street, very convenient for the Castle, shopping and Principality Statium. Definately recommended and would stay again 」
