「Easy check in service available by email, staff are very friendly. I had a good room that looks fresh and upto date and the bed was really comfortable, i normally find beds a problem but this was a good one. I have stayed here before when on business and would highly recommend.」

「Firstly, this was a bit of a hidden treasure. I will hopefully be staying there again. My room was excellent, delightful. Unfortunately, i did not have time to use the Spa on this occasion. The evening meal choices were outstanding, and my Welch Fish and Chips was the best ! With 99% of my experience being outstanding - I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. Nonetheless, wonderful staff, especially the young waitress who served my evening meal on arrival.」

「Lovely well appointed room. We stayed in the Parc room. Tastefully decorated with nice views of the mountains surrounding this small Welsh town nestled in beautiful mountainous countryside. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Special thanks to Callum for his help. My husband sings with the world famous Treorchy Male Choir which hadca Christmas concert that evening. We decided to stay so that we could enjoy the choir's "afterglow". Excellent stay, excellent evening. 」

「This hotel is close to rail station. There are restaurants nearby. There seemed to be an issue with rubish collection as there were lots of bags of trash in front on many of the properties. However, the hotel, itself, and it's property were clean. I really enjoyed the friendly staff. My room was a nice comfortable size. And, the property was quiet; I was able to get good sleep after touring the city. 」
