「Lovely old fashioned quality hotel」

「The apartment was ok. Bedside table broken, bin lid wouldn’t shut. Hairs in bedroom and bathroom Floor dusty, needed a good clean! The worst thing was the noise from the surrounding bars and cafes, booming music all day and most of the evening, couldn’t relax or sit outside 」

「Excellent bed, good room (no. 8) and quiet at the back. Bathroom needs work, a heated towel rail would be good to be able to dry the towels. Window frames were very dirty on the inside.」

She told me there would be a £60 late check-in charge, which I agreed to. At 9:00 PM, she messaged me, and I explained that due to traffic and an accident, we would be delayed by about an hour. 「Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions.
