"Clean modern room with a decent amount of space. Perfect for a one-night stay in London. Close enough to tubes for connectivity and decent restaurants (less than an hour's walk even to Trafalgar Square and even less to Southbank). There is a decent Sainsbury's on the other side of the square. I am told the little coffee shop just over the road is excellent. We did not use the restaurant / bar. We would stay again"

"Great size room, excellent location with parking, great choice of breakfast. You did have to queue for breakfast so go early to avoid this. Brilliant price and value for money."

"The Hotel and Staff were lovely and friendly and the rooms and amenities were well maintained. However, during our 3 night stay nobody entered our room once to change the towels and refill the coffee station, it was only on the 3rd day when we went and asked. When we arrived all of my family (4 rooms) had an empty shower gel or hair wash in the shower. The staff were apologetic and helpful but all that happened after we asked at the desk was some towels and teabags were thrown in our room, none of the bins emptied, no new toilet roll, and dirty towels not taken just left on the floor. Overall it was a nice stay, the staff were nice but these things being overlooked did put a downer on the overall experience."

"Probably the best hotel I've stayed in. Obviously comes with a premium cost but everything is excellent. The staff, the location, the view, the room, the breakfast, the dinner, the pool. Cannot fault anything."

"Had a fabulous time staying at CitizenM Bankside. The air conditioning was a great help with the heatwave conditions. Staff as always, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offers a great choice to set you up for the day and we had a very delicious evening meal from the restaurant a couple of times. Lovely ambience in the communal lounge area, quirky. Highly recommend a stay."
