"The staff was phenomenal. I got to the hotel at noon and was able to check in about 3 hours early which was wonderful after a 10 hour flight. The staff continued to check in with me throughout my stay and were very helpful. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was so nice! And the location was great. Highly recommend "

"Everything was perfect except a set of my earphones went missing from my room- they were removed from my bedside table/ I do not remove from the room and have repacked to look everywhere- no sightings. I have reported this incident to staff who checked but did not offer compensation. "

"Fantastic find. Close to Waterloo station, so 25 minutes on the tube into Wembley Park. Hotel is wonderful and the staff were all amazing. Bed was 11/10! Such a good night sleep. 24hr bar which which was a bonus."

"This hotel is in a very safe area with coffee shops and healthy quick bite options directly across the street. Staff were excellent and when we needed some emergency paper work printed, they were very helpful and printed off the necessary papers for us. I will stay here again in the future."

"Perfect (with one small exception - I had arranged for some private transportation with the concierge, and incorrect information was somehow passed between the concierge and the 3rd party vendor - it was eventually straightened out, but perhaps just a tiny bit more attention could be paid to DETAILS)."
