「Smelled moldy, ac unit had dirty filters and what looked like mold inside, rattled like crazy, so loud. Tons of stains under the sheets, stained extra sheet, no extra blankets for the pull out, pull out was more like a futon in a college dorm, no access when we got there, windows didn't open, no fire exit. Coffee pot wasn't a normal coffee pot, dark and sad honestly. But...Close to the beach. Wouldn't stay here again」

「Had a wonderful stay and loved the shuttle service to the beach and area attractions. They even had a selection of beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn’t have to rent at the beach. Even though we rented a car, parking in St Pete and Treasure Island can be difficult and expensive so, the shuttle service really paid off. Great staff who had great recommendations for new visitors to the area. Breakfast was good with small variations each day. Rooms were modern with comfortable mattresses.」
