「Great stay for the family.」

「Great family vacation spot! Check-in and out was short and sweet, the staff was ready with a packet for each guest. Parking was very convenient, we got a spot right next to the elevator. The room was clean and had everything we needed - including a kitchen and washer/dryer. Our balcony had a beautiful view of the water park and the water beyond it. We sat out and listened to the live music from the restaurant next door. The area was very walkable, there were a few restaurants and corner stores...

「The cottage was well stocked with a snack basket and a super dog basket. The kitchen was stocked with all needed essentials and the parking also worked out well.」

「The phone number only is no good. Carpet needed cleaning, but understandable for being near the beach. Beach access was super close and convenient. I love that there was unbrellas to rent and toys for the kids to play with.」

「There was no staff due to it being brand new! The owner Jeff was great and very polite and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and valued! It was very quiet and comfortable for my family. Only about a two block walk to the beach but being in the bay was beautiful to wake up to! 」

「The staff was helpful. The air conditioner is in a terrible place -on the wall right between the beds blowing cold air on our heads. Then the air froze up and there we were in Florida and couldn't open windows due to being on the ground floor and perhaps a bad person climbing in! HOT NIGHT!! Saw roaches several times. Office said they sprayed, but still saw them the 3 weeks we were there. The ice machine blew up one night and that was a terrible thing. The room fire alarms all work...

「Staff was rude. Guy had a bad attitude. No hot water. Booked with Expedia but had a problem at check in so while Expedia was trying to fix problem for 2 hrs I was told I wasn't allowed to wait in the lobby and was escorted out because the man did t want me to charge my phone in the lobby while I waited to Expedia to fix the problem. So rude」
