「The rooms are very modern. The floor to ceiling window gives a great view since we were on the 16th floor. Had minor issue with room temp but they fixed it immediately. Wasn’t a big fan of using a tablet to control the tv and lights tho 」
「I’ve stayed onsite with Universal many times in various properties but never stayed at Sapphire falls until recently - the hotel was immaculate,rooms well sized,comfortable beds,great facilities and upon check in we had a complimentary upgrade to a suite - which was just fantastic!」
