「Computers were down when we arrived, so check-in took 30 minutes. Room had a drain in the floor which smelled of feces. Shower floor was cracked. All in all it was ok, but not deserving of the high rating it had.」

「Overpriced and under-whelming. The room was comfortable but very small given the nightly rate. Breakfast was only a selection of bagels with a choice of fillings (I had the salmon bagel which was good but, again, under-whelming given this is supposed to be a luxury hotel. We will not stay there again nor recommend it.」

「The place was beautiful. It was like staying in a museum, lots of antiques and paintings. The breakfast was excellent.」

Staff was inconsistent with information and lacked professionalism. Overall, the hotel felt like it was operating on a very lean budget. However, the room was very clean with very a nice bathroom.」
