We stayed in the finger lake cottage and it was wonderful. We were only there for one night, but found it to be very clean. And charming. We will definitely go back when the weather is better to enjoy some of the outdoor area areas.

Lovely cottage for solo or family

Clean, comfortable and quiet cottage. I enjoyed the way it was decorated, especially the close-up of an elephant. Lovely stained-glass windows. Large counter area with sink. Beautiful, large shower. Nice patio in back.

The place was beautiful. The staff were responsive and helpful. The design of everything was just amazing, it felt like we were constantly finding more things in the designs. The common areas were well equipped. The hiking trails were beautiful in the snow!

Loved it!

We stayed in the honeymoon suite and it was so cute and cozy. The attention to detail in the upgrades made it even better. Huge soaking tub, heated bathroom floors, fireplace and smart toilet. It was also incredibly convenient that it was self check in and out. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

A very special unforgettable place

We loved this hotel. From the interesting and unique decor to the cleanliness and comfort. It was a place where you might want to not just sleep and head out but even hang out. Two very minor details were a lack of a place to put your coat or any other hanging garment, and a heavy bathroom door that fell shut and wouldn’t stay open without a door stopper. But the bathroom itself was amazing. The design of this place is so quirky and creative, with little details in unexpected places. You know that a lot of work and care has gone into this place, and you can sense a king of generosity. All of that and the ease of the self-checkin makes you feel welcome. A jewel we will return to any time we need accommodation in the area.

Amazing property! My girlfriend and I booked a night at this property for a weekend getaway and it did not disappoint. A one of a kind place to stay. We stayed at the finger lakes cottage and the cottage was decorated with custom decor, stained glass, slate rock and custom tile shower with the finger lakes in the tile. Cottage was very clean and very nice. The property was amazing as well. There was a creek that ran through the property. There was a fire pit, a common area, and multiple places to sit outside and relax. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed at. Well worth the price. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying on Cayuga lake.

Unique, clean, modern, beautifully decorated... however in balloon suite, the cold water spigot on left sink in the bathroom was not working at all so only boiling hot water available there. Door stop on bathroom door also not fully functional. Housekeeping must have known about both. It was an annoyance.

This was a beautiful space- we stayed in the Park suite and the inside is absolutely stunning. It was so nice getting in and finding the fireplace ready, which provided a very inviting and welcoming environment. My only complaint is that it was not as clean as I expected. I moved a chair next to the bed to find the lamp switch and found lots of dust and spiderwebs there; the window blinds were also dusty, and the tub had dirt/hair residues. It gave me the impression that it was washed and subsequently dried with a dirty towel. We also found bare footprints on the living room floor. Still, the place was absolutely gorgeous and in excellent condition. For that alone we might consider giving it another try in the future.
