「My husband and I booked our stay pretty last minute, and we were so glad we did! Benn Conger Inn was a lovely property with kind, inviting staff. The room was perfectly clean with a view to the quaint backyard where we could enjoy the fall foliage and even spot deer passing through. Breakfast was absolutely phenomenal-- fresh baked muffins, local coffee, made-to-order omelettes, and more! It was a quick drive to surrounding larger towns as well. Overall would absolutely recommend.」

「The rooms were very clean and inviting. There was an issue with the heat in our room and we were promptly upgraded. The owners were quick to respond and genuinely apologetic. It's a nice change from the cookie cutter hotels and it's a beautiful inn and a wonderful setting.」

「The Benjamin Hotel was one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It’s an unmanned boutique hotel, and the process was seamless—they text you a door code, which made check-in incredibly easy. There are only about four rooms, located in a beautifully renovated space above shops in downtown Watkins Glen. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a lovely kitchenette featuring a full-size refrigerator, the largest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel, and a large enclosed (unheated)...

「My wife and I stayed for 4 days , but he first night we had a small problem with the room and spoke to Megan the next morning … she immediately gave us a new room. The next morning I came out and maintenance was in the room fixing the problem ! Megan was extremely helpful and friendly! We would definately stay at the lux again each and every time we come to NY to visit our family . 」
