「The hotel was not what I expected, the breakfast buffet was barely stocked a comment was made by a staff member that they keep minimal out due to the sports teams that come through. I was on the 3rd floor and the carpets clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. The garbage in the hall by the elevators were overflowing and not emptied during my 2 day stay. I chose this hotel and paid more to stay here compared to other hotels expecting a clean and comfortable stay.」

「Breakfast was a disappointment. Limited breads/muffins. Yogurt selection flavors limited. No microwaveable egg dishes ie bacon/egg/cheese selections. No individual milk selections ie 1 percent, etc」

「Best breakfast I have ever had at a B&B! Casually sophisticated served in a great old mansion from the 1800's with a great history. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had the quietest air conditioning I have ever had anywhere. The gas fireplace made the room! Surprisingly quiet neighborhood too! Kudos to Drew and everyone at the Benn Conger Inn. My 6 night stay was great and I was happy I was able to pass on to you a new cooked egg technique.」

「Because of the school orientation, hotel room is quite difficult to get. The location is not very convenient to Cornell. Some facilities need to be replaced.」

「No wonder this property earns an Excellent grade. Everything was amazing. The employees were very helpful; when we needed any information or had questions regarding our room, they were on it with the attention and or answers immediately. Spotlessly clean, beautiful landscape, and a well supplied drink and snack room that would meet everyone's appetite needs, really! Great breakfast for the really hungry or light and for those with dietary needs. This is certainly an example for all Holiday...

「I chose to stay at this hotel during my daughter's Cornell graduation season, as all the nearby hotels had skyrocketed their prices. Fortunately, this hotel still offered a very reasonable rate. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly touched our hearts was the hotel owner who generously gifted us with several wonderful graduation mementos. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.」
