「What a spot — an amazing location literally on the lake! We enjoyed the views, the sunset on the boat dock, and the availability of the house’s kayak that we took advantage of for a spin on Cayuga Lake. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable and while the kitchen is compact, it was fine for two of us to make breakfast. And it’s convenient to all that Ithaca has to offer.」

「This place is a scam.」

「Help!! We didn’t stay at this property due to the property stating it was lakefront and marina. The property was in complete disrepair condition. Junk cars, high weeds, room smelled of smoke. I would request a refund.」

「Loved it so much , I decided to extend my stay. 」

「Spacious and family friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Home is located in a nice area, close access to shops, restaurants and freeways. Three large bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom were on the smaller side but had everything we needed. Parking to accommodate our two vehicles. Double lock on the main door. Would definitely book again.」

「THIS HOTELS.COM BOOKING WAS A HOAX. No idea how the multi-unit home made it to the website, but we were informed that the 3br/2 bath unit was a hoax by one of the building residents upon 8p.m. arrival. No one answered the associated phone number nor responded to the access question I posted via the hotels.com chat the night before/day of booking. The website refunded」

「LIARS! these people take your money, when you go check in you'll find they aren't the real hosts. and house is already rented long term. NOT A TRUE LISTING!」

「You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. I’m confident my cleaning and items I left behind for the next guests will be reimbursed by karma. Oh,...
