「Property was immaculate and staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Only criticism was the fixed temperature on the thermostat in the room. The room was too warm and the unadjustable thermostat did not allow us to cool the room to a desirable temperature for sleeping comfortably. We assumed the property management was being cost conscious and wanted to reduce their air conditioning expenses. 」

「The bathroom itself was not very clean. There was noticeable filth in the shower and on the floor. We made reservations for a sit down breakfast to arrive and them tell us they switched it to a buffet style breakfast the morning of. If we had known, we would have gone elsewhere. We received massages during our stay. I think she just rubbed in the oil onto my skin for 50 minutes. It was the worst massage I’ve ever received.」

「A small boutique hotel with not many rooms. If I had booked earlier, would have picked the room with balcony on 4/F instead of the standard room, of which the windows could not be opened. 」
