「Morale throughout staff was impressive. Management was impressive: we had a problem and they addressed the situation, corrected the problem. The entire operation is very clean and well-maintained. The luggage rolling carts are very helpful and they have enough! The elevator is great and it plays the opening 2 notes of Somewhere Over the Rainbow.」
