Very pleasurable experience here. It’s not something we’ll do every year, as it is expensive. Spa services are especially expensive. Nonetheless, the staf performed flawlessly. Food was excellent. Grounds were well cared for.

We loved our stay here. The staff was so wonderful! (Mary Luz at the Starbucks was so sweet!) and the food was fresh and delicious. The waitstaff was attentive and cognizant and caring regarding food allergies. The views from every vantage were special and memorable. We had not great weather and it did not matter!! It was a perfect getaway spot.

The resort is very clean and well maintained. There was an issue with a heavy smoke smell in the room. According to the stuff it was coming from the fireplace downstairs. We had to keep the window open through the night. We attended a musical show with the dinner on Saturday night. Next day I was very surprised to find out that my credit card was charged for 6 tickets instead of 2. I spend a long time on the phone to block the charges, that ended up with credit card cancelation. That's why I rated my stay there as OK instead of very good.

The staff throughout our stay was amazing. Our room was spotless and so comfortable. Beautiful view from the balcony. The spa was beautiful. We had relaxing massages. We ate in the main dining room. Our waiter was great and the food was amazing. We had so much fun using the jacuzzi and the pool which were very clean. So convenient having Starbucks in the hotel and a lovely gift shop. The valet staff were kind and helpful with our luggage. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel for your stay. We went during the cold weather but would love to come back in the warmer weather.
