Beautiful property, very nice room up on the third floor, staff is friendly and helpful. Dog friendly property, too - walking along the grounds and adjacent shore was lovely this morning. We will definitely return for another visit.

It felt like stepping back into a much simpler time, with a warm, comfortable atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The environment was relaxed yet full of charm, and what really stood out was the genuine friendliness of the staff. Their service made the stay feel personal and welcoming, something you don’t find everywhere. Longshore is more than just a hotel—it’s an experience I’d gladly return to.

Area and property are beautiful. Staff worked diligently to take care of a tv issue. Room was advertised as water view, but vents and other roof stuff blocked most of it. For me this was amusing. One could go outside and basque in an amazing view of the estuary. I would stay here again.

This stay was adorable and it was very cool to stay in such a historic building. You have a great view from the back area and you’re right next to the golf pro house if you interested. Breakfast was also very good. Be prepared for old building quirks ( no elevator and old style) but it was very well kept!

We spent a lovely night at this charming inn. Parking was easy and close by, the staff was gracious and welcoming, everything was clean and tidy. The continental breakfast was very traditional. We dined at the onsite La Plage and had delicious craft cocktails and a wonderful meal (thank you to Ariana in particular for excellent service). The location is gorgeous and the rooms have individual temperature control.

The Inn was magnificently decorated for Christmas. The check in staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very tidy and comfortable. Lots of lovely toiletries. The inclusive breakfast was absolutely delicious with organic products. Highly recommend.
